Subscriptions are billed monthly. The one-time setup fee ($395) is non-refundable after 30 days. Monthly subscriptions ($79/month) can be canceled at any time, with no refund for partial months. You retain access until the end of your current billing period.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers. Price changes do not affect current subscription terms until renewal.
Generated code is provided to you for your personal use. You retain ownership of strategies you create. CreateCode.app retains all rights to the platform, AI models, templates, and infrastructure.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
